May 9, 2023 – The Starbucks Foundation and Starbucks Indonesia have doubled their support for the JA Company Program implementation for 2023/2024 in Indonesia. The Thera company students from Bali were excited to have an opportunity to present to Starbucks leaders from across the Asia Pacific region on the 8th of May. They provided first-hand information as to how the experience has had such a positive impact and responded to many questions regarding possible replication across the region. The students highlighted the importance of volunteering from Starbucks partners, and the knowledge and motivation they provided, for their business enterprise. A great example of how our beneficiaries have become instrumental in amplifying success and catalysing expansion. A bonus was the opportunity to sell their products to the Starbucks Asia Pacific Senior Staff and secure additional revenue of 5 million rupiah.
