Empowering Digital-Savvy Generation through the DIGIWISE Program

May 28, 2025 – Through the Digital Wellness and Internet Safety Education (DIGIWISE) program, Prestasi Junior Indonesia in collaboration with Deloitte Indonesia has reached over 50,000 junior high school students across Banten, Central Java, and East Java. As part of WorldClass program, Deloitte’s CSR initiative, the program focuses on strengthening students’ digital literacy and equipping them with the critical thinking skills needed to navigate the digital world responsibly, especially in the age of social media.

DIGIWISE aims to foster safe, informed, and mindful internet use among young Indonesians, addressing pressing issues such as misinformation, digital ethics, cyberbullying, and online safety. By embedding these lessons into engaging and practical classroom experiences, the program empowers students to become more discerning and responsible digital citizens.

Out of 102 participating teams who submitted their original digital campaign videos, the top 10 finalist teams have been selected through a rigorous judging process to present their video in the final of Digital Literacy Content Competition. In the culmination of event, Chronos Squad from SMPN 1 Pasean emerged as the winner of Digital Literacy Content Competition 

The competition highlights not only the creativity and technical skills of the students, but also their understanding of complex digital issues and their ability to communicate positive online behaviour through creative video. It’s a celebration of how young minds can lead conversations around digital responsibility.
