Jan 27, 2026 – Prestasi Junior Indonesia in collaboration with Starbucks Indonesia is back with JA Be Entrepreneurial as part of Starbucks Creative Youth Entrepreneurship Program (SCYEP). This program is designed to empower 740 high school students in Indonesia.

This program aims to increase young people’s awareness of entrepreneurship and spark their interest in building their own business. Through comprehensive and integrated learning method in classroom, students gain practical knowledge, develop critical thinking abilities, and learn how to turn ideas into viable business concepts.

Program Implementation

As part of the SCYEP initiative, the program is implemented across multiple cities, reaching students in Depok, DKI Jakarta, Medan, and Denpasar. The program is delivered through structured classroom sessions designed to build students’ entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. Following the learning phase, selected teams advance to the pitching assessment and Market Day as the culminating event, where they present and showcase their product and business.

Market Day hosted at SMA IT Al Madinah marking the beginning of series of Market Day that will also be conducted in other participated schools. Market Day invites students to develop innovative business and produce consumer-ready products that can be purchased during the event. This real-market experience allows students to apply what they have learned while gaining direct feedback and exposure to real business dynamics.

Participants also have the opportunity to engage with Starbucks Volunteer, gaining practical insights into industry trends, business challenges, and opportunities in the Food and Beverages business ecosystem.

As the culminating moment, Sweetology was announced as the winner in JA Be Entrepreneurial with their affordable and premium tiramisu dessert product.

Through JA Be Entrepreneurial as part of SCYEP initiatives, Prestasi Junior Indonesia supports access to entrepreneurship education in classroom.
