May 3, 2025 – Fostering entrepreneurial skills in students is essential to preparing future-ready leaders. In its third year of implementation, the Zurich Entrepreneurship Program (ZEP)—a collaboration between Z Zurich Foundation, Zurich Indonesia, and Prestasi Junior Indonesia (PJI)—has empowered more than 3,750 students from 50 schools across 14 cities in Indonesia.

Over the course of six months, students gained hands-on experience running their own Student Companies, while building essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. With the guidance of mentors, they developed real products, managed business operations, and learned to think and act like entrepreneurs.

The program culminated in the Regional Student Company Competitions, held over the past two weeks across 10 regions: Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Medan, Sidoarjo, Jakarta, Bogor–Tangerang Selatan–Bekasi (BoTaBek), Bandung, Semarang, and Yogyakarta. At each event, student companies presented their businesses before panels of independent judges, who evaluated their performance based on innovation, strategy, financial management, and growth potential.

From these regional competitions, 10 outstanding student companies earned a place in the Prestasi Junior Indonesia Company of the Year Competition 2025:

3. PROFITECO SC – SMAN 9 Makassar

4. SCOVA SC – SMA Santo Thomas 1 Medan

5. SUNFINITY SC – SMKN 2 Buduran

6. UPTWONE SC – SMAN 21 Jakarta

7. LUNARA SC – SMAN 5 Bogor

8. YOUTHMIND SC – SMKN 11 Bandung

9. MAGNOVA SC – SMAN 3 Semarang

10. BHUMIKARA SC – SMAN 1 Yogyakarta

These winners will compete at the national stage to earn the title of Best Student Company and the golden ticket to represent Indonesia at the 2026 JA Asia Pacific Company of the Year Competition.
